Acai Berry & Anti-Aging – The Real Truth

Acai berry and anti-aging have long been contested by a lot of skeptics saying there is no real truth behind the powerful anti-aging properties of this magical berry, and they say that no medical research has been proven to back up such claims. This was added by the fact that production and sales of acai berry products have skyrocketed in so little time because of networking.

But how true could these claims be?

With its nutrients, the acai berry has about 50% essential fatty acids containing the same healthful fat normally enjoyed in olive oil. It has the same calcium level of milk and the amino acids of eggs. It is said to contain more than 75% of antioxidants than in blueberry and black purple grapes.

Given this nutritional component, any expert cannot deny that with so much antioxidants, free radicals are eliminated to prevent the body from inflammation – which are the primary causes of skin degeneration and aging. The body normally produces free radicals which are missing an electron, causing it to be unstable, and harmful to the body, because we are constantly exposed to pollution, radiation, and an unhealthy lifestyle. These free radicals, when ignored, can take out the electrons from healthier cells – damaging the DNA, increasing the risk of heart ailments and cancers, including diseases that degenerate the body.
